Corso Umberto 228 is a Boutique Apartment in the Heart of Naples, just a 10-minute walk from the Central Station, the Metro, and many tourist attractions. The recently renovated apartment is finely furnished and can accommodate up to 10 guests. It consists of 3 double bedrooms, three bathrooms, a double living room with two double sofa beds, and two fully equipped kitchens.
Tourist Tax
For a maximum of 7 nights, a tourist tax of €3.00 per adult per night applies. The tax must be paid through online check-in.
Valid Identification
As part of the standard check-in procedure, all guests will be required to complete online check-in managed through the platform. The check-in process must be completed prior to arrival at the accommodation via the procedure sent by email. It will be necessary to provide all valid identification documents, such as a government-issued ID or passport, for all guests. These requirements ensure compliance with our safety and verification protocols and help facilitate a smooth and secure check-in process.
Visitors
You agree to the purchase terms and conditions set by Sofia Apartments. Each property has a maximum number of allowed guests. You understand and agree that the number of guests must not exceed the limit as stated in the property description. If the property manager discovers more people on-site than the maximum allowed number, as per the property description, the additional individuals may be required to leave the property.
Limitations
Private parties, weddings, wedding receptions, or large gatherings are not permitted at our properties without our written permission. In these cases, you may be required to pay an additional cost for your event. No pets allowed.
Arrival and Departure
The standard check-in time is from 15:00 to 24:00. It is your responsibility to check the allowed arrival time in the description of the property you have chosen, as it may differ from the standard time indicated above, depending on the property. In case of flight delays or any unforeseen inconvenience during travel, please contact our office or the property contact. Late arrivals are subject to an additional cost. Check-out by 11:00. Early check-in and late arrivals are subject to availability and an additional cost. These services must be requested in advance.
Security deposit
You will be required to provide a security deposit against any damages, either upon arrival or at the time of booking. We request this deposit to cover the cost of any damages or breakages during your stay at the property. At the end of your stay, this amount, net of any applicable claims, will be refunded to you on the departure date or no later than 7 days after departure if you paid the deposit at the time of booking.
Complaints and Disputes
We regularly visit and inspect each property to welcome you with the highest possible standards. Independent breakdowns may occur, such as interruptions in electricity, water, gas, and/or internet connection, and these are the responsibility of the service providers. Should this occur during your stay at one of our properties, we will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. In the event of any problems during your stay, please do not hesitate to contact the house manager or our office immediately. Any complaints submitted at the end of or after your stay will not be considered. If you leave the property without informing us, you will lose any right to request refunds or discounts.
Cleaning
Sofia Apartments will clean the entire property at the beginning of the rental period. You should leave the property in good condition at the end of the rental period.
Guest Obligations
The person who signs the contract is responsible for the correct and decorous behavior of their party. If the guest and their companions display unacceptable behavior, the key holder may ask the guest and their companions to leave the property.
Government Law:
These Booking Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law, and for any disputes relating to these Booking Terms and Conditions, the exclusive jurisdiction shall be the Court of Naples. By signing the booking form, you fully and unconditionally accept all our booking conditions.
