Located just a 10-minute drive from the ski lifts and a 5-minute walk from the main square of Rivisondoli (Giuseppe Garibaldi), this apartment boasts a panoramic view of the stunning mountains of the Maiella National Park and is spread across two levels. The first floor comprises a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a small room with bunk beds. The ground floor features a living room with a two-seater sofa, two comfortable armchairs, and a fireplace, as well as another room with bunk beds and a charming eat-in kitchen. The interiors exude a rustic and cozy living space. Nearby, there are several areas for free parking.
Tourist Tax
The tourist tax is not applicable.
Valid Identification
As part of the standard check-in procedure, all guests will need to complete the online check-in before arriving at the accommodation through the procedure sent via email. It is necessary to send all valid identification documents, such as a government-issued ID or passport, to ensure compliance with our security and verification protocols and to facilitate a smooth and safe check-in process, allowing for maximum autonomy.
Visitors
Accept the terms and conditions imposed by Sofia Apartments. Each property has a maximum number of guests allowed. You understand and agree that the number of guests must not exceed the limit as stated in the property description. If the house manager discovers more people on-site than the maximum allowed number, as per the property description, the extra individuals may be asked to leave the house. LIMITATIONS Pets are not allowed.
Arrival and Departure
The standard check-in time is from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM, accessing autonomously with the code provided during the completion of online check-in. Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
Complaints and Disputes
We regularly visit and inspect each property to welcome you with the highest possible standards. Independent malfunctions, such as interruptions in electricity, water, gas supply, and/or internet connection, are the responsibility of the service providers. If such issues arise during your stay, we will do our best to resolve them as quickly as possible. If you encounter any problems during your stay, please contact the house manager or our office immediately. Any complaints submitted after your stay or departure from our property will not be considered. If you leave the property without informing us, you forfeit any rights to request refunds or discounts.
Cleaning
Sofia Apartments will clean the entire property at the beginning of the rental period. You should leave the property in good condition at the end of the rental period.
Guest Obligations
The person signing the contract is responsible for the proper and decent behavior of their party. If the client and their companions exhibit unacceptable behavior, the key holder may ask the client and their companions to leave the house.
Government Law
These Booking Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law, and for any disputes relating to these Booking Terms and Conditions, the exclusive jurisdiction shall be the Court of Naples. By signing the booking form, you fully and unconditionally accept all our booking conditions.
