Corso Umberto is a boutique apartment in the heart of Naples, just a 10-minute walk from the Central Station, the metro, and many of the city’s main attractions. Recently renovated, the apartment is elegantly furnished and can accommodate up to 10 guests. It features three double bedrooms, three bathrooms, two spacious living areas with double sofa beds, and two fully equipped kitchens.
Tourist Tax: For a maximum of 14 nights, a tourist tax of €4.50 per adult per night applies. The tax must be paid through the online check-in process.
Valid Identification: As part of the standard check-in procedure, all guests are required to complete the online check-in managed by the platform prior to arrival. Guests must provide valid identification documents (such as an ID card or passport issued by a government authority). These requirements ensure compliance with security and verification protocols and allow for a smooth and secure check-in process.
Guests: By booking, you accept the terms and conditions set by Sofia Apartments. Each property has a maximum occupancy limit. You agree not to exceed the number of guests specified in the property description. If more guests are found on-site than permitted, they may be asked to leave the property.
Restrictions: Pets are not allowed. It is not permitted to host private parties, weddings, receptions, or large gatherings without prior written approval. In such cases, additional fees may apply. Camping on the property, using barbecues, or accessing private beaches (where applicable) without authorization is not allowed.
Check-in & Check-out: Standard check-in time is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM. It is your responsibility to verify the specific check-in time indicated in the property description, as it may vary. In case of flight delays or unforeseen travel issues, please contact our office or the property contact. Late check-ins may incur an additional fee. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late arrival are subject to availability and additional charges and must be requested in advance.
Security Deposit: A security deposit may be required to cover potential damages, either upon arrival or at the time of booking. This deposit is intended to cover any damage or breakage during your stay. The amount, minus any applicable deductions, will be refunded on the day of departure or no later than 7 days after check-out, if paid at the time of booking.
Complaints & Claims: We regularly inspect our properties to ensure the highest standards. However, issues beyond our control may occur (such as interruptions in electricity, water, gas, or internet services), which are the responsibility of third-party providers. Should any problem arise during your stay, please contact the property manager or our office immediately so we can resolve it as quickly as possible. Complaints submitted after departure may not be considered. Leaving the property without notifying us may result in the loss of any right to refunds or compensation.
Cleaning: Sofia Apartments will clean the property at the beginning of the rental period. Guests are expected to leave the property in good condition at the end of their stay.
Guest Responsibilities: The person signing the contract is responsible for ensuring that all occupants behave appropriately and respectfully. In the event of unacceptable behavior by the guest or their companions, the key holder reserves the right to ask them to leave the property.
Governing Law: These Booking Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Naples. By signing the booking form, you fully and unconditionally accept all our booking terms and conditions.
